Panic Dude

E-mail Print PDF

A couple of years ago a group of youth volunteers from across Canada between the ages of 15-24 created a resource for users of our website, called Anatomy of A Panic Attack. We affectionately refer to him as the Panic Dude.

They wanted to create a resource that would share basic info about what a panic attack felt like and how to deal with it, in simple plain language. Check it out here and then come back and let me know if you think the Dude accurately represents what you know about panic attacks.

If this is the first time you've heard of panic attacks let me know what you think was the most helpful information for you!

By the way....anxiety is the most common mental health problem for youth.
