Cycle To Help: Ben

E-mail Print PDF

Ben’s goal of cycling 9000 km from Newfoundland to British Columbia in 90 days, was inspired by the death of his father, who tragically committed suicide in 2004.

Wanting others to know that depression is an illness that can be treated and that the tragedy him and his family went through can be avoided, Ben created the Cycle To Help campaign. He hopes to raise awareness around the issues of depression and suicide and to assist those who are currently suffering in getting the help that is available to them.

Read more about Ben, his cycling campaign and his family’s story on Cycle To Help or join the facebook group and help to spread awareness.
