Happy Monday, everyone! I know, I know…the words “Happy” and “Monday” don’t belong in the same sentence. Just like “Bernie Mac” and “funny” don’t belong in the same sentence. Unless that sentence is “Bernie Mac isn’t funny” – then I guess they can go in the same sentence. Anyways, Monday’s don’t have to suck! The Henry Rollins Show

I saw Henry Rollins’ show on the Independent Film Channel this weekend and it’s worth the price of getting digital cable. For those not in the know, Henry is the former lead singer of Black Flag. He’s a writer, actor, musician, radio host, tv host – basically since the passing of James Brown Henry is now the hardest working guy in showbiz – and he doesn’t pull any punches:

A New Way to be Annoying and Hurt Yourself:
Because knocking over old ladies while skateboarding down the sidewalk just won’t cut it anymore. In the name of all that is holy DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME. These guys train constantly to be able to do these stunts. If you try them you’re just going to fall and hurt yourself and look stupid. If you’re really interested, look up your local Parkour group (Google is your friend) and get some training first!
