Not all music is about "brushing your teeth with a bottle of Jack". Sounds Like A Revolution is a documentary about the music of our time that protests for social and political change. Activists weren't left behind in the 60's and 70's. A revolution is very much alive today! I've been dying to see this film, but screenings are rare and in select cities. If you're lucky enough to have it shown near you (I'm jealous!), don't miss out! It features interviews with artists like Michael Franti, Pete Seeger, David Crosby, The Dixie Chicks, Steve Earle, Ani DiFranco, Anti-Flag, Fat Mike (NOFX), Jello Biafra, Henry Rollins, Ice T, Rage Against the Machine and more. This film is about a movement and a fight for our rights and freedoms, with uncensored commentaries from the artists. It's an opportunity to look around you and think about what you want to see change. Hope you get to see the film! (And hope I get to seet it too!!)
