A new "American Idol" champion has been crowned, Scotty McCreery, but Lady Gaga's performance, rather than the winner, once again has people talking.

Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you know what you're getting with Gaga, who’s always pushes, the so-called boundaries. Some are calling last night’s performance of "Edge of Glory" too much even for Gaga.

The star's sexually suggestive moves atop of a faux cliff (and a half-naked dude she basically has sex with) made for an interesting choice by show producers of Idol, which really is a family-oriented show.

The singer started her song with a long cape and a giant headpiece, and then stripped down to a be-jewelled bra, panties, hat, cross necklace and fish-net stockings before a shirtless male dancer joined her a top a cliff to dance with her, to simulate sex, kissed her on the lips and then jumped together off the cliff. -- The two finalists, a combined age of approximately 22 years old, may be traumatized forever!?

OR NOT! - - She's a FRIGGIN MEGA SUPERSATR for a reason, people.  I’m sick and tired of reading Tweets and Facebook status updates saying she’s too raw and inappropriate, wanting to censor the artist.   You have to give her credit for leaving it all out on the stage nightly. – People, American Idol asked her to perform, - hate on them, not Gaga.

For me, there's an authenticity to Gaga that captivates her audience and endears her to millions. When push comes to shove, it was an elaborate, dazzling performance the crowd loved.

Needless to say people are interesting -- This shit has been going on since Elvis was shown on TV from the waist up. (Read about it). She's talented, but she's also SMART enough to know what gets people talking and what’s going to make her the money! A popular young singer making ‘suggestive manoeuvres"

People will always argue censorship especially when it’s related to sex - And I bet it’s going to be going on 100 years from now, too! (Unless, Camping hasn’t made a mathematical error with his latest prediction)
