If you've ever been interested in slam poetry, Sarah Kay does a kick ass job of breaking it down for you and perhaps even getting you to think about how to get started on it yourself. This video starts off with her performance, "If I should have a daughter", which is amazing! A great piece for parents and non-parents and just anyone interested in beautiful word-art.   I write poetry to feel better and Sarah Kay is the biggest inspiration to me. I really wish I could meet her. I am a huge supporter of her passion. Much love Sarah I look at the world through "the underside of a glass bottom boat" because of you.
