Situation:

A 20 year old man in Salem Massachusettes climbs onto a rooftop to suicide. Police have been sent to the home by court order to have him brought to a psychiatric hospital. In the meantime, two teenagers show up at the property and begin to yell "jump" and other "profanities" at the man on the roof who is contemplating his own death. After 12-hours, police convince the man to retreat from the roof safely.

Sentence:

A $150 fine for one of the teens who yelled jump.
