What’s really good? What the deal-e-yo (translation : How are you doing today? lol) It’s been a minute, since I been on the blog, and it feels good to be writing one again.  Tonight the mindyourmind Family met up, and we had another extraordinary meeting. What I love best about the meetings is the beginning, when each of us talks about or week, because it gives us a chance to unwind and discuss anything that may be bothering us, or flattering us, or exhilirating us….lol. (You get the point)

Tonight our project was to construct these small dolls (well girls play with dolls mang, I call them stick figurines), and give each individual one an identity. Not neccessarily our identity, but characteristics and attributes. At first I was kinda like “This isn’t gonna be enjoyable” but it turned out to be very relaxing, and it really opened up your mind to new things.

For someone who is stressed out or going through something, this can be an excellent way of relieving tension and stress, and best of all : ITS NOT EXPENSIVE!!!
Hit up the Dollar Store with about 5 bucks and instead of using it on a Big Extra (the best burger, please note it), you can buy the materials and get started right away.

I also wanted to take this time to encourage people out there, to keep visiting the website, and REMAIN positive when you feel like your being dragged down by negativity. “People are people and life is just life”, and a life without conflict, is not really life it all. I believe that it is very important for us all to be prepared for setbacks (problems, etc.), and learn how to become immune to it.

The common misconception, is people taking that to mean keep it all inside, and that’s not what im saying. We need to accept the fact that “waiting on the world to change”, is like being the last person in line for Universal Idol. Let’s change the way we think and the way we operate, and be as positive as possible, because ALL GOOD THINGS COME TO THE LIGHT.

P.S If your not a basketball fan, Im here to say : I don’t care. LOL The only Canadian basketball team, The Toronto Raptors, are in the playoffs right now as one of the best teams in the leauge. The Last Time The Toronto Maple Leafs (Whom I love, but I’m angry with) won the Stanley Cup, my parents were contemplating if having me was a good choice LOL.
