What's really good?

E-mail Print PDF

My name is Sheldon, and I am currently a proud member of the mindyourmind Street Team. On Tuesday January 9th, we had our first meeting and I must say it was an amazing experience. When I first walked in I noticed two important things : everybody was different, yet everyone was on the same page. Every single member of the team (including the team leaders) wanted the same thing: to be apart of a collective unit, who’s main objective is helping those who need help (especially in the area of mental illness)

I have never had the chance to be apart of something so special, and it definitely means alot to me, and my teammates. It is neither our job or intention to cast judgment on those in need, but our duty to help people feel better about themselves and succeed. That in itself is the greatest reward.

Love Yourself,
Sheldon
