Oh my my…our Get Real team is Amazing!!!  Last night’s meeting was so productive!  Great job everyone on the poster development and the video brainstorming. 

Next steps….here’s what’s been confirmed: 

• We are moving forward with idea #3.  I’ve reposted for easy reference.

The scene is shot in black and white…the images are moving quickly across the scene…a young man is approached by many.  They ask him how he is and he quickly responds, “I’m fine’ but no one waits or stops long enough to hear or really pay attention.  They ask’ How are you’…hey man, how are you doing’, another asks ‘What’s up?”  in a casual, non committal kind of way.  No one stops long enough to have an actual conversation .  Everything moves quickly until someone stops and says, “How are You?”  The young man responds with “Fine” But this time, the person says, “Are you sure?  No, really…how are you?”  And at that moment the scene is colourized with bursts of colour.   The caption reads or there is a voice over that says “ Have a real conversation. Help a friend. Get real.”

• All Get Real participants that can make it to London on Saturday will be included in the PSA!! Those who cant make it will still be represented or included in some capacity as discussed in our meeting. Yun will be represented in some wolfish manner J Kamilla, send us your ideas! 
   
• Brandon has graciously agreed to be the male lead of the PSA and has also offered to gather any extras and secure a location on campus to film  the PSA.  Brandon please check in with all your folks there to see that we have clearance.  Thanks again for coordinating! 

Here’s what we have yet to confirm and finalize: 

• The script! Just a small detail J

We really need your input here. We need to finalize the ‘treatment’ and dialogue.  Do we have any volunteers?  Who can begin that process? We have the summary to use as a jumping off point.  We also discussed some ideas using split screens etc.   Please share your script and storyboarding ideas.  We will then build on your suggestions, give feedback and finalize ideas by Thursday.
