The Mental Health Commission of Canada wants to know how young people are accessing help online and how we can improve online content to better suit the needs of youth looking for mental health information. They asked mindyourmind to talk to youth about these issues and prepare a summary and a list of recommendations. A group of 12 youth from across the country were recruited to help us with this task. And they call themselves “ Project FYI”. Follow the blog to follow their progress!
Alright everyone… its that time….
As discussed in our last meeting, it is time for us to decide which ‘plain language and youth friendly’ format we are going to choose! How will we share the findings from the research? Will we sing a song…..(already done thanks to ROSIE!) shall we develop a video, a comic book a scrapbook collage? Many ideas have been shared but these ones seemed to have the most traction. What we need you to do now is to indicate your choice by commenting below and also by “liking’ people’s responses. The choice with the most “likes” will win.
Voting is open to all of our users!
