Anti-Flag came onto the punk music scene, out of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in 1988. From the beginning, and for the past 20 years, the band has used music as an arena for political expression.

Current political states, situations, and ideologies are all taken a stance on and given a voice by Anti-Flag.

We thank Pat Thetic for talking with us about the death of #2’s sister and how the band coped with the loss, personally and as musicians.
