The thing many fail to realize is that art in itself is not essentially paper and paint, nor is it just a sculpture... art is a word. A word holding such a vast and invaluable threshold of meanings. To discover what it means and does for me, I needed to realize this first. The digital era creates a whole new kind of foundation for abstract and traditional artists alike, and there was no way I could overlook its possibilities. These pieces are photos taken and edited by myself. Like my theory on art, they also hold the disposition of having copious meaning. My advice when viewing my art, or any artwork in general, is to keep a wide open mind, and create your own interpretation.
