Adapted from an earlier version, this Public Service Announcement featuring 2 youth volunteers, is inspired by an original PSA created by a group of youth during the 2006 Spring Anti-Stigma campaign. The newly revised 2008 PSA was shown at the University of Western Ontario during opening week to several thousand students in promotion of positive mental health and mindyourmind.ca as a resource for help.
