mindyourmind.ca worked closely with MTV Live on a special feature about teenage depression. Hosts Daryn Jones and Nicole Holness shed some light on the issue that affects 3.2 million Canadian teenagers. In going back to her old high school, Nicole gets a chance to discuss depression with some of the students. They take a look at what depression is, what might cause it, how to get help and cope and how to not let stigma hold you back from reaching out!
