Check out these tools to help you cope with stress overload. If they are not enough you many need to reach out and get help.

You can contact your local Canadian Mental Health Association, Kids Help Phone at 1-800-668-6868 to speak to a phone counselor or you can contact a Family Service Canada member agency to arrange to speak to someone face to face.

If you need immediate help contact your local crisis service.
