Douglas, Director
Douglas was part of Scouts Canada as a leader in Cubs and Scouts for many years. Douglas participated in an exchange program between Canadian and British Scouts that included travelling with youth to England as well as hosting their Scouts here in Canada. Finding solutions to problems from technical software development issues to answering the question: “How can we make this easier to use?”, drives Douglas through his daily activities. Hobbies include astrophotography and landscape photography, VR, and using tools to build things with wood.

Gana, Social Media Coordinator
Gana holds a Master’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication, along with graduate certificates in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from Fanshawe College. She is passionate about crafting engaging social media strategies to build brand awareness and foster authentic connections. Gana enjoys travelling, trying new cuisines, and recharging with a good nap when she is not working. She believes in the power of social media to connect people, regardless of background, and strives to use her role to help brands engage with diverse people in a positive way.

Michelle, Creative Lead
Michelle is one of mindyourmind‘s founding members and can’t imagine a more perfect role. Our resident “Graphics Queen” thrives on collaborating with young people and bringing their creative ideas to life in bold, exciting ways.
She’s not a fan of early morning meetings, Times New Roman, or diabetes! But she is a big fan of her laptop and iPhone, and you’ll almost always find at least one (if not both!) within arm’s reach.
