iCopeU

The iCopeU resource was created in response to what we were hearing from young people – and what is confirmed by research – that the transition to post-secondary education is often a time of stress and anxiety for young people. mindyourmind knows that young people are going online for info and support around mental health and wellness, and by increasing accessibility to these resources in digital formats, you help to break down barriers for students who may not otherwise seek out face to face professional help.

What is iCopeU?

iCopeU offers fingertip access to reliable information, stress management and safety planning tools to students who feel overwhelmed.

Some features include:

  • 24/7 access to resources and help
  • Customized trivia games with campus info
  • Interactive coping tools updated regularly
  • Personalized messages to students
  • “How to find help on campus” resource listings
  • School branding and logos
  • Mobile companion site with on-campus help information

So What?
