One element of social media that I am quite thankful for is the way it can make me feel seen, heard, and validated when I read other people’s thoughts and expressions that resonate with me. I’m also thankful for the “save” or “bookmark” feature, so that my camera roll isn’t even more overloaded with screenshots! Countless times I return to some of my favourite saved Instagram posts that speak to me, to help provide some comfort, hope, or reassurance when things feel particularly dark. Here are twenty-two of those posts, and I hope that at least one of them can offer some healing for you too!
