ConnexOntario Launches 24/7 Text Line

Our parent company, ConnexOntario, has launched a new 24/7 text line! The goal of this text line is to act as a fast and convenient way to reach out for mental health and addiction service information. Simply text CONNEX to 247247 and be connected with a system navigation specialist.

ConnexOntario understands that a significant barrier to treatment for those who need help is not knowing how to get it. It is their hope that through this text line they will be able to further support Ontarians in navigating the system and getting help.

Elora is no stranger to mindyourmind. In 2015, she started as a volunteer and a few years later, she joined the team. After finishing her Bachelor of Social Work degree, Elora returned to mindyourmind and now acts as an Outreach Facilitator.
