“What’s Your Grief?” website was created by two mental health professionals who experienced their own losses and couldn’t find the type of support they wanted, so they created their own resource. This website includes podcasts, blogs, a free e-course to help you deal with holidays and anniversaries and an opportunity to submit your own story.
