Happy Holidays from mindyourmind!

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our volunteers and content contributors, young people that visit our site and all of our partners for helping us to reduce the stigma attached to mental illness and helping young people to reach out, get help, and give help.

We know it takes an engaged community to have a collective impact and each and every one of your efforts help to make a difference all year round. So we extend a sincere thank you to all of you!

Please note that mindyourmind will be closed between Dec 23 - Jan 4 and we will not be monitoring emails or social media. The Submit section will also be closed for your safety. If you are struggling, please reach out to a friend, a loved one or a professional.  If you are in crisis, are having thoughts of suicide or thoughts of harming someone else, please call 911 and get help immediately. For more options and ways to get help, please visit our Help section.

If you're stressed out, check out other blogs to see how others cope with stress, or play Holiday Squish 'Em. The Wellness section is another great place where you can get daily tips on how to cope, stay well or achieve personal growth. Browse the site and see what you can find to get inspired!

We wish you a safe and restful holiday season. Take good care of yourselves and each other. We will see you in the New Year!
