Introducing: The 12 Days of mindyourmind
We have completed several projects over the past few years in collaboration with youth and various organizations. We aim to co-create tools and resources that are useful and interesting for young people. Our team wants to help you authentically engage with the youth that you work with. Creating and delivering programming, or getting information to youth, can be challenging and overwhelming — especially if you want to keep it interesting. It can also be difficult to engage youth on topics that might be tricky to navigate, and you may not know where to start. Allow us to help!
This blog series will offer a description of 12 different tools we’ve co-created, their relevance to youth, and ideas for possible activities to engage the youth you work with. We are highlighting apps, online games, resources and printouts, and important information regarding mental health. Everything we have on our website is free for anyone to use, and we encourage you to take advantage of it!
Maybe this series will spark some inspiration for other activities that you come up with! If you have different ideas or interesting ways you’ve used our tools, we’d love to hear about it. Stay tuned for this new blog series: The 12 Days of mindyourmind, dropping on December 12!
This is the official voice of mindyourmind.
