A Life Without...
As we navigate the days, months and years there are things we need to live without. It’s a funny way of looking at life, because we live in a world where people are always wanting more. Sometimes we are collecting so many things, you don’t even realize that you have collected and bought the things you don’t need. Cut to a future of you having to overhaul your closets, your clothing and donate a bunch of things you don’t want and feel bad about the money wasted.
So, what if we slowed down what we think we need? Make a list, a plan, and have a high awareness of what you actually need in your life and space at home. Clutter is overwhelming and owning the “newest electronic” is not satisfying in any way. Make your environment in your home meaningful and functional to your mental wellbeing and have it be a wonderful place to rest. That is something we could all work towards starting today.
