Mental Illness Awareness Week: Meet Shania Pruden

The purpose of Mental Illness Awareness Week (October 1-7) is to raise awareness and eliminate stigma by, among other things, highlighting the work of mental health advocates across the country. This year one of the advocates is Shania Pruden. She is a blogger, speaker and activist. She is doing amazing things and has an incredibly helpful blog with lots of tangible tips about mental health, self care and caring for others with mental illness.
