Survey: How people find info on mental health, addictions and gambling services
The Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care (MOHLTC) wants to understand how people find information on mental health, addictions, and gambling services. The MOHLTC hired Malatest, a national research firm, to complete this project. The following Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) will give you information about the project, and how to complete the survey. Thank you in advance for sharing your experience - complete the survey here.
Q. What is the purpose of this survey?
A. The purpose of this survey is to understand how you find (or would find) information about mental health, addictions, and gambling services.
Q. I don’t have a mental health and addictions issue and I don’t know anyone who does. Why am I being contacted?
A. If you have not experienced problems with mental health, addictions, or gambling and you do not know anyone who has, your opinions are still very important.
