#TBT: Stress vs Anxiety
Stress and anxiety are two emotions that we may experience at some point in our lives, but what exactly are they? Unlike stress, anxiety doesn't necessarily stem from a specific trigger and can persist even without an immediate threat. Understanding these differences can empower us to recognize our needs and take proactive steps to care for ourselves.
Check out this video, Stress vs. Anxiety, to learn more about their differences and similarities, and discover helpful tips for coping when they impact your life. Remember that it's important to reach out for support when needed. There are various options and resources that can help!
