As Bell Let’s Talk day approaches I realize that everybody has problems in their life. There isn’t a single person on this planet that isn’t struggling with something in their life, myself included. We’re all battling something different in life. Some of us are battling a mental or physical illness. Others may be struggling with friendships and trying to find where they fit in. Some people may be struggling with an abusive relationship, parents, friends. Some of us may have more problems than others, but we all have problems, we can all relate about that. Sometimes, we just feel like giving up and feel that there’s no point in trying anymore. Sometimes we just want to spend the rest of our lives in bed and just stop life. We feel that there’s no point in continuing to fight the battle, no point in pushing through whatever battle we are facing in life, and I know, I feel that way sometimes too.
If you’re ever feeling this way, please read this list of reasons to keep fighting:
After shining all day, even the sun needs a break from her job & so do you. take a rest, go to sleep. you must always make time to take care of yourself, too.
If you don’t keep going forward, life will drag you backwards.
You deserve this, all the work you’ve put in so far, why let it be for nothing?
It is your right to be successful, don’t let the world take away that right you have.
Life never stops giving second changes.
There’s always something wonderful around the corner
You’re never fighting alone
There is always someone who loves you
Challenges make us stronger
You are an incredible person, with a lot of potential; so believe it
There’s no shame in dealing with these things. There’s no shame in having to fight everyday
You’re allowed to scream, you’re allowed to cry, but don’t give up
You only live once, you might as well be a badass
You might have to fight a battle more than once to win it
It doesn’t matter how this looks to other people. If this is something that you’ve got to do, then do it
It will be challenging, but it will be worth it
It’s okay to relapse, as long as you keep fighting
You will have good days and bad days, but the bad days will get fewer
Your problems won’t magically go away, but they will become manageable
You might not feel different at first, but when you are done you will be happier, healthier, and stronger
Realize that it’s a slow process, but quitting won’t make it any faster
The view at the top is beautiful
Thanks for reading.
