This week’s Feel Good Friday features stories of people who have stepped up to help those in need on flights!

This weeks Feel Good Friday is inspired by the constant backlash of what airline companies are doing wrong or constant negative reviews for things that were out of their control. We all know that travelling can be if not is the most stressful part of any trip. Particularly, when your travels involve the airport. When this happens, you do not only have to worry about getting from point a to point b but you have to deal with checking in, going through security, finding your gate and being stuck in a relatively small space at an altitude about 30,000 feet in the air. This week we feature stories of times that airlines did good, such as the time that  this flight attendant helped a mom of 2, or the time that this pilot saved the day with pizza! I hope that these stories warmed your hearts and reminded you that not all air travel is bad.

The idea of Feel Good Fridays started because we believe the simple things (like people helping people) that bring a smile to our face, are the best things. Smiling and laughing has been proven to reduce stress in our lives! When we smile or laugh it releases neurotransmitters in our brain called endorphins, which are in charge of making us happy and helping to relieve stress!

Remember to check back next week for the next Feel Good Friday.
