Feel Good Friday: Goat Yoga

This week on Feel Good Friday we have a news story featuring goat yoga!

The idea of Feel Good Fridays started because we believe the simple things that bring a smile to our face, are the best things. Smiling and laughing has been proven to reduce stress in our lives! When we smile or laugh it releases neurotransmitters in our brain called endorphins, which are in charge of making us happy and helping relieve stress!

With school being out for a full week now, you may find yourself becoming bored of having nothing to do. Not to fear I have found the cutest form of exercise out there! Goat yoga! Which is the latest yoga trend sweeping North America following the bunny yoga movement! Baby goats love to jump around, so who could resist doing yoga with the cutest babies on the farm? It would make what could be the dreadful task of exercising into one of laughter and fun. I personally am searching for goat yoga classes in Ontario now!
