Let's be real, being in the hospital sucks. Especially when you're a kid!

Recently film crews have been in British Columbia to createRichard Says Goodbye, the latest film featuring Johnny Depp. Depp is most well-known for his role as Jack Sparrow in the Disney Pirates of the Caribbean series. During a break in filming, Depp decided to slip into the character of Jack Sparrow and spend 2 hours cheering up sick kids who are cooped up in the hospital. The smiles on their faces say it all! What a great thing for an actor as famous as Johnny Depp to take the time and cheer up some children during his break from filming!

The idea of Feel Good Fridays started because we believe the simple things that bring a smile to our face, are the best things. Smiling and laughing has been proven to reduce stress in our lives! When we smile or laugh it releases neurotransmitters in our brain called endorphins, which are in charge of making us happy and helping to relieve stress!

Remember to check back next week for the next Feel Good Friday.
