We all like to think that we can be sneaky about stealing a snack (especially toddlers)

The Invictus Games which are an international paralympic style sporting event for wounded, injured or sick armed services personnel and their associated veterans take part in sports. The Invictus games were created in 2014 by Prince Harry’s advisors and they have been an annual event since. Over the past week, Toronto has been hosting this years games, and their have been many sightings of world leaders at the opening ceremonies, as one would expect.

However, Prince Harry, has been staying in Toronto for the week and attending many of the sporting competitions. The most recent sighting of him in the crowds, was at a volleyball game. During this event, the prince was seated beside a mom and an adorably hungry toddler. As the game progressed, cameras caught the toddler sneakily taking some of the prince’s popcorn thinking he wouldn’t notice. What happens next is adorable, Harry allows her to take 2 pieces in a “stealthy” way and as she goes in for the 3rd piece he pulls the popcorn away, which startles the girl, he then goes on to chat with mom and give her a specially picked piece of popcorn! What a cool story for her to share in the future, check out the adorable footage of the encounter!

The idea of Feel Good Fridays started because we believe the simple things that bring a smile to our face (like a sneaky toddler), are the best things. Smiling and laughing has been proven to reduce stress in our lives! When we smile or laugh it releases neurotransmitters in our brain called endorphins, which are in charge of making us happy and helping to relieve stress!

Remember to check back next week for the next Feel Good Friday.
