Let’s start September with some teachers showing appreciation for their students!

The value of a compliment can often be understated. Oftentimes when people are complimented it makes that person's day, resulting in a happy, positive mood and lots of smiles! We often see students giving gifts and cards to their students at the end of the school year, but seldom do we see teachers praising and appreciating their students. In this video we see teachers from Oak Ridge high school, take part of a challenge to recognize those students that make them love their jobs! We see the instant impact that it’s had on these students! So, if you ever feel like complimenting someone (even someone you don’t know) go for it, you will probably make that person's day!

The idea of Feel Good Fridays started because we believe the simple things that bring a smile to our face, are the best things. Smiling and laughing has been proven to reduce stress in our lives! When we smile or laugh it releases neurotransmitters in our brain called endorphins, which are in charge of making us happy and helping to relieve stress!

Remember to check back next week for the next Feel Good Friday.
