Systems Change: How mindyourmind Involves Young People in the Decisions That Affect Their Lives
Vibrant and healthy communities require involving young people in decisions that affect their lives. This short video explores one of the important pillars in our work: system change.
Our Design Labs are rooted in the principle of co-creation. Co-creation can only happen if there is mutual respect for each other's experiences. Through this model, we collaborate with our partners closely to influence and/or implement systems change.
Having mentally vibrant and healthy communities requires getting all stakeholders, including young people, engaged in the decisions that affect their lives. When young people are involved, we have even greater potential to make meaningful change in how we conceptualize and ensure the mental wellbeing of young Canadians.
This is a place to see shared stories and experiences submitted by young people. It represents the truth of the people who submitted their stories.
