mindyourmind partnered with a diverse group of youth across Canada to develop the Thrive: One Province at a Time journal book. This book is a journey. As you work through each province, you’ll learn new skills and have more resources to support your mental health, emotional wellness, self-reflection, and resilience. You’ll notice road signs along the way, guiding you to pause, reflect, set goals, or practice mental health strategies. Make Thrive your own personalized wellness journey and keep working towards all the things you want!
The Thrive Design Team
Thank you to our youth team: Jenelle, Grace, Myera, Dakshina, Zoya, McKinley and Nameerah, who co-created this journal through a collaborative, lived-experience design process. Read more about the group at CSC Online Design Lab, Summer and Fall 2020.

Our Commitment to Inclusiveness
At mindyourmind, we are committed to improving the accessibility of our mental health games and tools so more young people can benefit from them. Whether you have a disability or not, we all have mental health. Mental health is universal, and creating inclusive, stigma-free, and accessible wellness resources is essential. As a mental health program, it is up to us to improve how we talk about mental wellness, ensuring diverse voices and experiences are represented.
