Low Vision Mental Health Resources

Mental health support should be accessible to everyone, including people who are blind or have low vision. This Low Vision mental health resources page brings together accessible mental health resources designed to be easier to read, navigate, and use, so more young people can engage with tools and supports in a way that works for them.

These resources have been developed and adapted with accessibility in mind, including formats that support screen readers, keyboard navigation, and fillable interactive options. Some materials are also available in multiple languages, helping to make mental health support more inclusive and easier to access for diverse communities.

In collaboration with CNIB, select resources have also been reformatted into fully accessible PDF versions, specifically designed for blind and low-vision readers. These improvements help ensure that young people can independently explore, complete, and benefit from mental health tools in a way that supports their needs.
