Personal Information
The mood. app does not request any specific personal identifying information. However, one of the features of the mood. app allows the user to write journals. If the user writes personal information inside a journal, these details will be stored on the phone. There is a mechanism within the mood. app that allows the user to back up the data to a location off the phone. The user is the custodian of this data and ConnexOntario has no external access to the data stored on the user’s device nor the backups. Combined with the journals, there is a feature to generate a report that can be exported to a PDF. The user can mark a journal entry that would be included in the report. If there is any personal information stored in the journal entry, the personal information will be included in the report. ConnexOntario does not have direct access to this report.
