The BounceBack program was created by Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) in 2017. It is a free skill-building program for Ontarians aged 15+. The BounceBack program operates virtually with coaches trained in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). They offer support over the phone, through online videos and additional tools. It supports mental wellness and helps individuals manage mild to moderate depression and anxiety, low mood, stress and worries.
About BounceBack Ontario

These coaches bring diverse expertise from fields such as psychology, social work, and lived experience, ensuring program participants receive empathetic and well-informed guidance.
