What’s better than getting proposed to by a person you love, in a place that you love? Being photobombed by a baby hippo during the event! This might be the cutest photobomb ever!
Remember Fiona, the baby hippo who met her parents for the first time from August? After a few weeks away from the media spotlight, Fiona has entered the spotlight once again! In case you don’t know who Fiona is or why I love her, here is the tldr; Fiona is a baby hippo who was born 6 weeks prematurely in the Cincinnati Zoo. She was very underweight, and due to her small size she has a team of 25 zookeepers who help care for her 24/7. The zookeepers have decided to document her journey through YouTube, which has resulted in the most adorable videos ever!
This week Fiona was caught photobombing a couple’s proposal which was taking place outside of her enclosure. The couple didn’t notice that this was happening until the fiancée said yes, and their camera man pointed it out! In this video you can see their faces light up in sheer delight not only because they are going to be married, but because they were joined by their favourite animal at the zoo! After the official proposal you can see the couple take epic selfies with her and she loved it! I hope that Fiona brings a smile to your face as much as she does to mine! Ever since watching the first video of her meeting her parents, I check out their page and watch videos to destress every week.
