I Can’t Stop Floating Student Artwork
Often, for those of us afflicted with anxiety, we find our thoughts spiraling out of control. Eventually, the fears and thoughts we have consist of no logical base or anchor. They’re just in the sky, and we struggle to bring them back down to ground.
The hope is that by sharing the student art it will connect with other youth and let them know they are not alone in how they feel and what they are going through.
What is Comics for a Cause (CFAC)?
‘Comics for a Cause’ (CFAC) is a specialized club – from Central Peel Secondary School – which aims to raise awareness about youth mental health and related topics through published artwork and community events. CFAC is volunteer work for the students involved and is above and beyond their regular schoolwork.
