A motivation for those who feel insecure, anxious, or have very low self-esteem…this helps people to have hope in themselves, to be able to get up one more day and say that I can do it…and when they look back on themselves, they will say how much I have changed/how much I have advanced.

Vamos a seguir adelante, juntos o juntas. Paso a paso en esto.
Co-Pilot English Translation:
It’s okay. If today you don’t know where to start, sometimes there isn’t even a clear story to tell, just a knot in your chest, accumulated exhaustion, a feeling of having carried for too long things that were never said. You don’t have to organize anything before speaking, you don’t have to explain it perfectly. Here you can be clumsy with your words, you can cry, stay silent, or say things that later you’re not even sure were exactly what you meant. All of that also communicates.
And no, you aren’t broken for feeling this way—you are responding like anyone who has had to endure more than seemed possible. It’s likely that along this path harsh thoughts about yourself will appear, internal phrases that judge you, blame you, or make you feel insufficient. I want to invite you to observe them with curiosity, not as absolute truths, but as a part of YOU that is trying to protect you, even if sometimes it does so in a way that hurts.
Asking ourselves where those thoughts come from and what purpose they serve can help us respond to them more kindly. It’s not about eliminating what you feel, but about learning to hold it without letting it consume you. Remember that feeling anxiety, sadness, or fear does not define you as a person. They are emotional states, not your identity. I’m not going to tell you that everything will be immediately okay because that would be unfair and unrealistic.
What I can tell you is that you don’t have to carry everything today. You can let go little by little, and that’s okay. Lean on others, cry, doubt, start over as many times as you need. Healing is not about no longer feeling pain—it’s about learning not to abandon yourself when it appears. And that is learned slowly, with stumbles, with pauses, with someone who looks at you and says, “I’m here.”
It’s also important to recognize the effort you make every day, even in the moments when you feel you’re not progressing. Getting up, handling the basics, or simply still being here is already an act of courage when everything feels heavy. Progress is not always visible or linear, and that does not invalidate your process. There will be clearer days and darker ones, and both are part of the journey. You don’t need to have all the answers right now or know exactly where you’re going.
It’s enough to be willing to take the next step, no matter how small. We are the ones who decide our own path. I want you to remember that you are not alone in this. Asking for help is not a sign of weakness but an act of self‑care and honesty with yourself. You deserve support, understanding, and rest.
Here, we can build at your own pace new ways of understanding yourself, treating yourself with more compassion, and finding resources to navigate what you’re going through. Your story does not end in this difficult moment, and even if you don’t feel it inside right now, there is more strength in you than you imagine. We will keep moving forward—together. Step by step.
