On Sunday, November 13, 2016, people around North America connected on Facebook to tell or show people how much they mattered.
Well, it’s that time of year again... “Movember”! In honour of this, we want to bring some attention to an awesome initiative right here in Canada that was co-created between the Movember Foundation and The University of British Columbia.
Many of you might have seen a popular meme going around on social media this week. The top half is a picture of a forest that says “This is an antidepressant”. The bottom half is a picture of pills that reads “This is Sh*t”.
